**Requisitos**
En el role de Department Manager, junto a tu equipo eres responsable de ofrecer y promover todas las herramientas digitales disponibles para asegurar la mejor experiência omnicanal a todas las personas que visitan nuestras tiendas e impulsas activamente las ventas y beneficios de tu departamento de acuerdo a las pautas que marca H&M: Liderarás y motivarás a tu equipo y les apoyarás en su desarrollo liderando con el ejemplo.

Trabajas de acuerdo con los requisitos legales y las normas, políticas y procedimientos de H&M.

Cómo parte de tus tareas tendrás que, en colaboración con los demás managers de la tienda planificar los horarios de los equipos, asegurar la rotación del producto de forma eficiente y la reposición en tienda, analizar, tomar acciones y hacer seguimiento para conseguir los KPI’s de tu departamento.

Para ello necesitarás:

- conocimientos de los canales OMNI y de su impacto en la estrategia comercial
- liderazgo y comunicación clara e inspiradora
- gusto por la atención al cliente y por la moda
- capacidad de adaptación al cambio y planificación estratégica de los recursos disponibles
- desarrollar equipos y capacidad analítica
