We are currently looking for a **IT Acquisition Trainee.**
**If you are a student **and you are looking to start or continue your professional development by doing an internship, and you are a determined person eager to learn, **this opportunity is for you**
We offer you to join our company, where you will collaborate side by side with our **Operations Team**, and you will be fully involved in our **Human Resources projects** and **digital talent selection**. You will have the opportunity to see how a complete selection process will be carried out: from the drafting of the team's need with the descriptions of the profile to be searched, to the integration of the new member.
We want to offer a career plan according to evaluation and trajectory within the company.
**The main responsibilities of this position**:
- Development of new sourcing channels
- Advertisement of vacancies in our social media & media channels
- Developing an understanding of the IT, Tech & Engineering market
**The requirements of this role**:
- You are graduating (**Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Information Technology**) and are looking for experience to growth
**To succeed in this role**:
- You are **passionate about new technologies or digital business**:
- You have **easy contact with people** and have excellent communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people
- You have a lot of energy and **curiosity to learn new things** and are a self-motivator
- You are a self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideas

- You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and performance-driven
- You speak **Spanish and English** (Catalan is a big plus).
