We are currently looking for a **Digital** & **IT Talent Recruiter for a maternity cover of 3-4 months (with the possibility of future permanent contracting).**

**Role**:

- **Advertisement of vacancies.**:

- **Headhunting.**:

- Be the owner and **responsible of the whole recruiting process in contact directly with the partners** (founders, CEO, hiring managers or management team).
- **Interview's reports.**:

- **Monitor and coordinate the operative** with the team of recruiters.
- **Reporting.**

**We need**:

- **Availability to start in mid-January 2025.**:

- **Experience as IT** **talent acquisition partner** (exp. in C Level profiles is a plus) but a **360º digital profile** is appreciated.
- Passionate about new technologies, digital and people.
- **Knowledge of the digital ecosystem.**:

- **Easy-going and hands-on personality.**:

- Someone who's **comfortable contacting with people and excellent with communication skills**, you love to make an impact and help other people.
- You are a **highly organized and methodical person.**:

- You are **used to working with OKRs**, and preparing weekly reports.
- A lot of **energy and curiosity to learn new things** and are a self-motivator.
- Self-starter, take the initiative, and **bring new ideas.**:

- You** like to challenge yourself** and always aim to the top (always).
- You are **committed to the highest level of quality** and pay attention to details.
- You are **enthusiastic, dynamic, and performance-driven.**:

- You speak excellent** Spanish & English (catalan is a plus).**
