Somos** Merlin Digital Partner**, una consultoría** líder en la captación de talento IT & digital** con más de 15 años de experiência. Hemos escalado grandes referentes del sector como** Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell o Factorial**, entre otros.
Enfocados en **humanizar y agilizar los procesos de selección**, nuestro objetivo es transformar empresas mediante la incorporación del mejor talento.
Nos caracterizamos por **sumergirnos a fondo en la realidad de cada uno de nuestros partners**, comprendiendo sus necesidades, pero también su esencia.
Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de dos perfiles como **Digital** **Talent acquisition partner (freelance) que nos de soporte en algunos de nuestros procesos de selección. (nacionales e internacionales) de forma recurrente.**
Nos ayudarás a encontrar el mejor talento para las principales scale-ups o hubs corporativos digitales en España y Europa. Posiciones de Sales, Mkt, product, IT...etc.
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- **Será el responsable del proceso de selección completo**, siendo capaz de cerrar en tiempo y con la suficiente autonomía la vacante designada.
- Colaborarás con el **People Operations Partner de merlin p**ara establecer los requisitos de selección, canales de comunicación y poder buscar al perfil idóneo.
- Coordinar horarios, organizar viajes, alojamiento, etc.
**Necesitamos**:
- ** Perfil freelance con experiência en selección de perfiles digitales, con la capacidad para liderar de forma autónoma procesos de seleccion completos.**:
- Se valorarán experiência en selección de perfiles de** ventas en países europeos.**:
- Se valoraán experriencia en **selección 360º: perfiles IT, product, mkt, data...**:
- Tienes una mentalidad orientada al negocio, la calidad y el detalle.
- Fuerte experiência en búsqueda directa y reclutamiento a través de redes sociales.
- Tienes facilidad para el contacto con las personas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación; te encanta tener un impacto y ayudar a otros.
- Estás comprometido con el más alto nível de calidad y prestas atención a los detalles.
- Eres entusiasta, dinámico y orientado al rendimiento.
- Hablas español e inglés
- Vives en España.
