- Build 3PL relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc. - Attend recurrent business review meetings with fulfillment 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup & support the long-term logistics strategy. - Lead continues improvement initiatives together 3PL to improve operations efficiency. - SOPs creation & optimization for operational processes improvement & standardization. - Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis. - Support with system integration and onboarding of new fulfillment tools & features in the platform from an operational point of view. - Represent the marketplace culture within the warehouse, focusing to bring a customer centric culture in 3PL operations management. - Link position between warehouse 3PL & sellers (stock owners) for improvement initiatives & incident management - Ensure best in class quality processes in the 3PL warehouse using a continues improvement approach. From inbound to outbound passing through inventory accuracy, storage, etc - In charge of auditing 3PL operational processes and ensure these ones are aligned with company standards & values. - Management of consumable replenishment in order to avoid stock rupture of packaging material.
**Position Requirement**
- More than 5 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus. - Good relationship with logistics partners, especially in fulfillment & warehousing. - Used to work with data; analytics mindset. - Knowledge on continuous improvement & lean methodologies will be a plus. - Attention to detail and good communication skills. - Being able to work in an autonomous way with limited level of guidance. - Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration: WMS, OMS & TMS will be a plus. - Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change. - Fluent in Spanish and English languages. - Willing to travel (locally) part/full time to the warehouse workplace.
