We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director with strong experience in direct sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sales growth and will also have a very strong understanding of marketing, lead generation and telesales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and exceed expectations
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage the sales budget and ensure effective use of resources
- Represent the company at seminars and events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role, with a track record of success in direct sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
