Tasks
\- Manage and further develop the Customer Portal throughout Region Europe West (Spain, Portugal, France, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland) from a system perspective
\- Coordinate functional deployments of the Ecommerce platform, identify issues, and communicate progress throughout the development lifecycle
\- Manage website configuration parameters as well as generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
\- Investigate and report operational/technical issues arising work with internal and external teams to resolve the cases
\- Test and guarantee that selected functionalities work in a correct manner and improve the user experience
**Requirements**:
\- You have a general interest in IT and E-Commerce demonstrated through relevant work experience within IT System Management or technical development of E-Commerce platforms or a degree in web design, Computer Science, IT System Administration, or related area
\- Basic understanding in some of the following areas (or strong willingness to learn): front-end programming (HTML5, CSS design), databases and ability to write basic queries (SQL), any scripting language (such as Python, PHP, JavaScript), eCommerce content management systems (preferably HCL Commerce)
\- SAP experience is a strong asset as well as Microsoft Excel skills
\- Fluent in English and Spanish language
\- You have good communication skills to effectively work with local and global team members as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
