**Description**:
This position will report to the Executive Director, Ecommerce and work closely with the Manager of E-mail to deliver and achieve overall strategic and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage weekly creative priority list for copy and creative team.
- Manage online creative portal (Wrike) to answer copy and creative questions.

Site Assets:

- Partner with Executive Director, Ecommerce and Associate, Ecommerce Promotions on creative needs for upcoming promotions. Ensure information is accurately reflected in Wrike.
- Manage the tracking of homepage content refresh of US and CA. Collaborate with Director on homepage content strategy and ideation.
- QA test all site assets, including links pre and post launch, collaborating with creative and copy teams to gather holistic feedback, inclusive of Homepage, SAO, and Navy banners.
- Ensure site assets are handed over in properly optimized sizes to maximize site speed.
- Attend weekly site performance meetings to understand optimizations needed, partnering with internal and external teams to make performance updates in a timely matter.

Analytics & Reporting - Lead data driven site asset requests utilizing new tools like Contentsquare to maximize conversion and reduce ineffective site content & workload.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience.
- College degree required.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Strong organizational skills, Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a brand advocate and team player.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
