CRM Retention Manager

Tasks
- Responsibility for implementation, development and maintenance of marketing in the gambling segment;
- Visualization, measurement, analysis, improvement, control and reorganization of the client's roadmap;
- Development of promotions for regional events and product updates;
- Development, approval and optimization of new mechanics and loyalty programs;
- Organization of automated communication, development and control of triggers and segmentation;
- Control over development processes, copywriting, design, segmentation and launch of advertising activities;
- Team development and mentoring;
- Drawing up and maintaining a plan for the development and integration of marketing tools;
- Analysis of the market and competitors.
**Requirements**:
- At leat 3 years of experience in CRM/retention marketing within the iGaming, sport, betting industry;
- Deep understanding of key metrics: CR, LTV, ARPU, ROI;
- Understanding of A/B testing, TG/CG, Pareto/NBD, customer roadmap, customer life cycle management;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively;
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information;
- Understand the general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
- Creative mindset, willingness to learn;
- Fluent English level and above.
- Optimove system experience is a big plus
