**Let us describe the challenge we offer**
We are looking for a Marketing Retention Manager who will be responsible for capitalizing our nominative and non-nominative data thanks to data & CRM, website and App strategies. Retain users considering Polestar by planning and executing the right consumer journey to get the best performance in terms of Cost per acquisition and Lifetime Value.
You will work closely together with main stakeholders: media manager, content managers, brand, operations, customer service. We like you to be consumer experience oriented, with an end-to-end vision so we expect you to collaborate and coordinate with SP media manager and PR manager so you build the perfect welcome and retention journey together.
We believe you are process-focused, with an eye for detail. You have a solid understanding of the latest trends, you can multi-task, and you’re hands-on. Last but not least, you embrace change and truly believe that the future is digital.
Ultimately, you should be able to help drive all efforts to achieve our business objectives. The position is a senior role, reporting to Head of Marketing.
**What you'll do**
- Become the owner on content and strategy related to: CRM, ecommerce D2C, App and Social Media channels
- Collaborate with HQ to build the journey based on profiles, UX performance and business goals. Funnel mindset oriented
- Assure a consistent wording on every touch point and activation
- Build use cases with media manager and performance media specialists to reach CRM database through media channels as well
- Identify and advice to increase quality of web traffic
- Identify and advice to increase quality of app & returning visitors
- Manage and drive key milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate Web & SEO (campaign) pages
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or digital technologies or similar
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Marketing/ Digital.
- CRM & automation knowledge is preferred
- You have experienced website maintenance or CRM campaigns set up
- E-commerce experience is a must have for this position
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- You don’t need to be a hard-core car enthusiasts for this role
