Important company to connecting Startups, innovation & technlogy is looking for a Digital Marketing manager to join a young and smart team eager to revolutionize the entrepreneur and investment ecosystem.

That is why we are looking for a person to aid in the creation and roll-out of profit-generating Marketing initiatives as well as implementing the Marketing plan.

This person will report to the Head of Marketing and will be in charge of developing, managing, and implementing the Marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Website: Management and content maintenance
- Implementation and follow-up of digital Marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research to find solutions on consumer requirements, habits, experiences, and trends
- Database management, update, and maintenance
- Will be responsible for mapping the ussers journey flows and defining the brand's strategic touchpoints along the different stages of the journey, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Responsible for bringing digital campaigns ideas to life, connecting offline and online channels, developing assets for the identified touchpoints in order to drive growth of the business.
- Experienced on ticketing sales campaign and focussed on lead generation
- Lead the implementation of the digital ecosystem
- Drive digital campaign briefs and objectives to achieve marketing objectives
- Loyalty Program: lead, develop and implement the Loyalty Program
- Coordination, development & execution of the agreements with the commercial team
- Collaboration with the rest of the organization
- Influencer research & management: contacts, approach, and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in ADE or Marketing.
- English: Native or very high level.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in Digital Marketing
- Mastery of the use of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Marketing automation software, etc
- Experience in developing marketing strategies
- Data Analysis & monitoring: Development, analysis, and follow-up of reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
