**What you will be doing...**

We have fantastic opportunity to join us as** Customer Helper - **Base Administrator for Catalonia** Based at any of our Catalonia bases or Palma Mallorca. **Reporting to the **Station Manager**, the** Base Administrator **is a pivotal role within our **Ground Operations Team.** This is a varied and interesting role in which you will work at the heart of the operation to support the Team with all administration duties.

**What will you do in the role?**
- Key administration tasks such as maintaining** staff records, stock levels**, **uniform ordering **&** note taking/meeting minutes **across multiple departments**.**:

- Support the operation with** **tasks such as **overtime processing**,** colleague car parking**, **temporary ID processing**, as well as supporting** colleague rostering** where required.
- Play an important role in **supporting** with **recruitment activity** ensuring a smooth and consistent process
- Ad hoc tasks including managing **petty cash** and **processing invoices.**

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- **administration **and be a competent user of
- **Microsoft packages** including, Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will have excellent
- ** planning **and
- **organisational** skills and meticulous
- **attention to detail**. Strong
- **verbal **and
- **written **communication skills are also essential as is strong
- **Team**
**work **ethos. Knowledge of
- **Airport **and
- **Passenger Operations** processes is required and experience of undertaking an
- **administration focused role** within an
- **airport environment** would be an advantage. You will need to speak and write both
- ** English and Spanish.**
