As part of our integral, end-to-end solutions we design, implement, and support onboard IT networks. From 2022, we are also partnering with Starlink to offer LEO coverage. About the Role We are looking for a Principal Systems Administrator to work in our Enterprise Services department. This role will be focused on the IT infrastructure projects and support for our customers about on-premises equipment and Cloud environments. Responsibilities Preventive maintenance (keeping up to date and patched) of the customers IT infrastructure. Corrective maintenance (identify, troubleshoot and resolve) for any incidents raised by the monitoring tools or the end customer reported directly or in our ticketing systems. Develop documentation, diagrams and processes to improve the day-to-day tasks. Develop automation for recurring tasks on on-premises server infrastructure and in the cloud. Create monthly reports of the supported infrastructure. Participate or lead projects related to the technologies listed below. Work closely with transversal departments and presales to help them develop and understand the portfolio of products and services. As Principal, you will also be required to mentor other engineers in the team and in the company. As Principal, you will also be required to collaborate with the Training team to develop content for our products and services under the IT Systems portfolio. Technologies We Work With Hyperconvergence systems (Nutanix) and virtualization environments like VMWare and Hyper‑V as well as public cloud on Azure and AWS (Terraform). Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Software defined storage (DataCore, Ceph). Programming and/or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible...). Professional Profile A minimum of 5 years of experience administering Microsoft environments, Active Directory, patching management, backup and recovery and monitoring in big environments. Experience in virtualization environments as VMWare and Hyper‑V. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
