As Regional Marketing Manager, SaaS you are a SaaS expert and will advocate in your region for all Rockwell Automation SaaS products (eg, Fiix Software). You will work closely with the global marketing team to create and capture demand within the EMEA markets, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing tactics. In addition to driving demand directly, you will serve as the marketing point of contact for regional distributors and partners, creating co-marketing campaigns and leveraging the reach of Rockwell Automation’s distribution network.
**We are looking to hire any individuals within the following countries**:
UK, Belgium, Spain, Germany and Poland
**What you will do**:
- Lead regional marketing plans for Rockwell Automation SaaS offerings (eg, Fiix Software), working closely with both the EMEA marketing team and the global SaaS marketing team
- Leverage the best-in-class global demand generation engine to drive lead acquisition for Rockwell Automation and its partners for all SaaS offerings
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand & Communications, Customer Marketing and Growth to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and extend the reach of the Fiix brand
- Develop and execute regional experiential programming through both virtual and in-person events.
- Architect channel marketing programs and co-branded campaigns with partners, driving cost-effective demand and ARR expansion
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing activities related to sales partners, technical partners and referral partners, and oversee the campaign and program roadmap
- Partner with Revenue and Enablement teams, enabling the Rockwell distribution network to bring the Fiix solution to market to drive revenue growth, including working both strategically with distributors and tactically managing the execution
**What we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in EMEA with an emphasis on European markets
- 7+ years of SaaS marketing experience
- 7+ years of Partner/Channel Marketing experience in a high tech environment
- Campaign development and execution background, with knowledge of account based marketing best practices
- Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns
- Experience with an analytics-based approach to Marketing and Go-To-Market strategy
