**Job Description Summary**: As Business Assistant you will support the business across Iberia from a point of view of both administrative and operations.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Contract management: HCP, agents, and commercial activities.
- Congress' preparation and organization support.
- Support in documentation and offers submission.
- Organization of customer-related events (meetings, trainings, ad boards) using internal company tools.
- Recording of HCP activities in Legal & Compliance tool (contracts set-up, event creation, payment).
- Point of contact with Legal and Compliance department and other cross-business functions.
- Full ownership of the logistics (conference room, catering, agenda, accommodation, transportation).
- Main point of contact with the venue (find a suitable venue, contract, payment, logistics).
- Effective communication with attendees.
- On-site logistics when necessary.
- Admin aspects of the role as purchase requests/purchase orders creation, monthly accruals or follow-up of payment and troubleshooting.
**About you**:
- Experience as a personal assistant or event manager.
- Desire to get involved in the business and being part of the Team.
- Proven direct exposure to high level customers (physicians will be an asset).
- Proven track record to manage multiple tasks and react adequately to changing priorities and last-minute changes.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP). Knowledge of Project Management and Power BI an advantage.
- Fluent English. Other European languages will be highly valued.
