An exciting opportunity arises in Triggle An experienced Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic team to deliver finance support required for the growing team
**Responsibilities**:
- Payment journal: Be in charge of the Accounts Payable administration process, registering entries in the ERP (Navision).
- Accurate registration and process of all the income and cost invoices.
- Monitor and control accounts receivables and payables.
- Support the team with other accounting tasks (VAT reconciliation, SII, internal and external audit ).
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Support on document business processes and accounting policies.
- Updating, improving, and implementing procedures for the finance team including Account Payable process.
- Support on general employee admin task.
- Office assistance: support on business trips for our team colleagues. Coordinate with external suppliers and purchasing what is needed at the office.
How will you do it?
- You will work closely with our Finance & Controlling team, Product, IT and Commercial, around 35 enthusiastic colleagues.
- Laptop, keyboard, headphones, 2 screens all what you need to work comfortable will be provided.
- Accounting & Administrative Education with at least 2-year experience.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including ability to quickly familiarize with accounting software. Knowledge and previous management of NAVISION ERP will be a plus.
- Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and can-do approach
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions.
- High level of English.
