About the role: To improve the quality of our business planning activities by facilitating improved cross-functional communications and teamwork, in order to develop and improve the milk balance understanding by written and oral communication with Divisional Functional Managers and CPP on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Communicate this information across the Business. Key Responsibilities: Develop Strategic Business Plans Prepare consistent and realistic long‑term and medium‑term plans, including 5‑year strategies, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. Training and Development Train and mentor the Milk Balance Analyst to ensure competency and timely execution of assigned tasks. Reporting and System Integration Align reporting with SAP standards or develop customized SAP reports to streamline stock reconciliation processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related filed Minimum of 6 years in the dairy industry or a closely related business.
