**YOUR MISSION**

You will join the Global Live Operations team, responsible for building the vision and strategy for our rider support experience. As a Rider Support Project Manager you will help design the experience of our riders with the support flows while you will learn and acquire capabilities on how to prioritize, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects. You will be defining projects from definition to closure, even defining the best processes for every case. We are seeking a very hands-on person who has an interest and some knowledge about the project management topic and that wants to grow in that area in a firm that provides a huge opportunity of facing new projects every single day.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Define new project opportunities based on a good understanding of the department's needs.
- Participate in the meetings with the stakeholders involved to ensure all the requirements and needs are met.
- Project planning and follow-up to ensure success.
- Find workarounds, be creative and prioritize when things are tough.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams that need to be engaged and motivated to fulfil the project needs.
- Communicate and align all stakeholders involved at any time.
- Ensure that the solution/approach taken by the project is global and benefits most of our hubs and agents (and of course meets the needs of the involved departments)
- Ensure the best support experience for couriers.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- Bachelor degree (preferable in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent).
- At least 2-3 years experience on project management.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to turn strategic insights into actions, by structuring and leading projects.
- Great team player.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude. You have the ability to work independently and have outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Analytics skills and data driven decision making.

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Coding skills (knowledge of YAML/Python language) and Tech savvy.
- International studies or experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in operations or customer support.
