As a Graduate in Project Management, you would have the opportunity to learn the practical skillset in implementing small, medium, and large customers in the business area of payroll, whilst leading project teams that include Implementation Consultants (ICs), Interface Specialists (IS), Treasury Consultants (TC), Business Analysts (BAs) and our In Country Partners.
You will be participating in a 1-year Traineeship program that will be split into 2 6-month contracts, focusing on the translating your knowledge into a practical skillset as an Associate Project Manager Trainee. The program includes an extensive 2-month long theoretical onboarding strongly linked with practical sessions and shadowing meetings, which is then followed by a balanced increase in projects and responsibilities.
Whilst managing your own projects, you will coordinate the activities / tasks amongst the project team ensuring on time delivery within budget constraints, scope of works and the CloudPay methodology for the successful delivery of payroll implementation projects.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Project Management responsibilities including to produce and monitor project plan covering an implementation schedule related to assigned projects to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables for a successful project implementation
- To manage end-to-end project deliveries having all the required support and guidance on the processes as required, moving initially from smaller clients, and working eventually on larger, global clients
- To produce project status reports, conduct conference calls with the Client on a regular basis to ensure a satisfactory implementation
- To ensure each project after the “go-live” of the payroll is completed and finalized with a corresponding lesson learned sessions and audit compliance activities are fully closed out
- To develop a great relationship with the client throughout the implementation phases
- To report to Senior Project Managers on status for each independent project delivery, with corresponding risks (if applicable)
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Project Management education having graduated within the last 3 years
- Project Management experience - cannot have more than 1 year of job experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional English Level
Preferred Attributes, but not mandatory:
- Project Management certification, e.g. Prince 2, PMP
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
- Ability to communicate at all levels internally and with clients
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement
