Overview:
**Associate Project Manager**

As Associate Project Manager, you will provide support for multiple initiatives throughout our agile process. You will be accountable for assisting with the preparation and execution of customer trials for new solutions.

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Software Development, you will be part of the Innovation team, responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers and other team members to ensure that trials are planned and executed in an efficient and effective manner.

**What you will do**
- Project Support - Support project team members in tracking customer facing as well as SITA internal activities and deliverables to completion. Support the planning process by drafting various plans, action lists, organize and log project documents. Assist in tracking project activities to keep visibility on all aspects of project work.
- Support the project team in all communications and reporting requirements. Provide accurate content related to the project status reporting methods used.
- Perform internal testing of solution features prior to releasing them to trial customers for test and validation.

Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- BSC in IT or Business Administration. MSC preferred.
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.
- Team project experience in an IT environment.
- Aviation background.
- Problem solver.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
