We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Lead to join a strategic digital transformation initiative within the life sciences sector. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of procure-to-pay processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and business goals.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Lead end-to-end SAP P2P process design and implementation within an S/4HANA environment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define procurement solutions.
- Drive the integration of SAP Ariba (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management) with SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and support system configuration.
- Ensure procurement solutions comply with GxP, SOX, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Partner with supply chain, finance, and IT teams to streamline procurement operations.
- Oversee offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Support testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Promote adoption of best practices and support change management efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P with strong functional knowledge of procurement processes.
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba integration in S/4HANA environments.
- Solid understanding of direct and indirect procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoice automation.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
