We offer a dynamic workplace where you will participate in developing new workflows and procedures that digitization of our industry offers, both today and in the future. While you will collaborate closely with our team, it remains crucial for you to exhibit individual drive and possess excellent communication skills. Our homeowners and guests are from Spain and all over Europe, so we need you to communicate at a high level of Spanish and English in both text and speech. Advancement for the right person is possible. In the Position, will be responsible for daily tasks as: “Property Rental Manager” & “Customer Service Manager”. Some of them are described below and additional work areas and tasks should be expected. **TASKS** **Customer Service Manager** - Customer and client support - Develop and maintain current and new CRM systems - Reservations and optimization of bookings - Support guests before, during and after their stay. - Problem-solving and bridging between guests and the service team, housekeeping, key holders, suppliers and homeowners. **Property Rental Manager** - Front office: Arrivals, departures, check-in validation etc. - Creation of new homes in our system, incl. pricing, offers, onboarding of new homeowners, etc. - Optimizing channels on OTAs and with agents. - Administrative tasks Out-of-office tasks: - Housing inspections (new property leads) - Meeting new homeowners - Check-in / Check-out of guests **REQUIREMENTS** - Minimum language requirements (written and spoken): English (C1 or native), Spanish (C1 or native) - Experience in other office positions, front-office positions, reception, Account Manager etc. preferred from the holiday rental industry. - Experience from other positions that involved; problem-solving, and mediation between parties. - Being able to manage to have several balls in the air at the same time. - Experience with other in-house PMS or VRMS systems, portals, extranets, etc. - Driving license (EU) **OTHER THINGS**: Internal company communication takes place in English. **WORKPLACE** Office in Mijas (Malaga), Spain **WORKING HOURS**: Full time: - Monday - Sunday (with 2 consecutive days off) - Weekend shifts according to a rotating work schedule - Rotating night arrivals may occur - Work on public holidays will occur - 24h rotating phone call **SALARY AND HOLIDAYS** Salary and holiday: according to experience and the Spanish agreement - We are looking forward hearing from you._ **Salary**: 20,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year Ability to commute/relocate: - 29651 Mijas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable working afternoon/night shift or do you prefer working the day shift? - Are you comfortable working weekends and national holidays? - Which skills do you possess, would be most beneficial for this job? - Add any relevant information you think is important for us to know: **Experience**: - Customer Service: 2 years (preferred) - Property Management: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (preferred) - Any Scandinavian language (preferred) License/Certification: - EU Drivers license (required) Work Location: In person
