Customer service agent position available with leading Malaga law firm

This position is with the legal administration team managing and dealing with enquiries from, and updating existing clients.

The successful applicant must be bilingual, with English being their first language. They must also be available to work all Spanish bank holidays (with those days given in lieu)

**Required skillset**:

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (who may be elderly and/or anxious)
- Well organised and efficient
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and also by video call
