We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent for our office in Malaga who is passionate about customer relationships. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

- Independent management of inquiries, claims and complaints from Shoop & iGraal members via a Ticket System and social media
- Creation of solution in cooperation with IT and CRM
- Complaints and reclamation management
- Management of Member Accounts and Payments
- Termination processing incl. termination defense / customer recovery
- Monitoring of support activities in terms of processing time and quality
- Identification, analysis and defense of fraud cases in the context of fraud management

We are a match if you have...
- A first professional experience (incl. internships) would be an asset
- A native level of German, and very good English level
- A strong Customer focus oriented
- Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, with a clear enthusiasm for affiliate marketing, couponing and online shopping
- Good partner relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
