**General Summary**

- **The Customer Order Specialist provides professional level of Order Management / Customer Service to both internal and external customers and process orders accordingly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
**Essential Job Functions**
- Review, process and manage orders from source system according to Candela Medical processes and work instructions. Ensure accuracy between source system and Oracle.
- Plan, working with finance and sales, all allocated inventory for a region and channel.
- Review and maintain, weekly, the Open Order report within Oracle Cloud, includes but not limited to schedule dates, updates on shipment methods, Regulatory status, and update part numbers.
- Schedule and release orders according to cadence and work instructions.
- Interface with internal departments to ensure orders are filled in a complete and timely manner. This includes working with finance for payment status, or internal logistics team for shipments.
- Keep records of changes of orders and updates within SalesForce and ServiceMax.
- Keep records of Regulatory requests per order as needed.
- Communicate and document, with commercial and other internal teams, regarding any order status changes, confirmation of orders and/or other issues as they arise.
- Communicate order status and provide support to a commercial and service region (as applicable) for all aspects of Order Management (OM) for a named region and channel.
- Provide support to other OM team members if needed.
- Prepare international paperwork for payment and shipment as applicable.
- Generate ideas and participate in continuous improvement work as assigned by your supervisor.
- Support fiscal period end activities as assigned and required by the calendar and region/channel supported.

**Knowledge/Educational Requirements**
- BS preferred
- Strong Communication Skills Required
- Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience in medical devices.- German language fluent ( C1)
