**You’re the right person if**:

- You’re fluent in French. Proficient in English (C2). Spanish is a plus.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You are a great listener and ready to help resolve problems.
- You’re flexible and have a positive mindset.
- You have some Knowledge of the Swiss market, the Apple universe & IT.
- You can work Monday to Thursday from 8-12 and 13.30-18.00 and Fridays from 8-12 and from 13.30-15.30.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Recommend products or services to customers.
- Monitor orders until delivery to customers.
- Offer customer support (advice, support and referral to a technical specialist if necessary).
