**Description**:
Gtmhub is seeking an enthisiastic and experienced Corporate Development Associate with 5 years of experience to join the team.
- This is a remote position - you can join our team from anywhere in country with a reliable internet connection._

**The Nitty Gritty**:
As Corporate Development Associate, you will:

- Support our M&A strategy
- Build pipeline of targets (POT)
- Develop relationships with key contacts at POT accounts
- Qualify POT deals & develop recommendations to move each deal forward
- Support M&A execution, from initial diligence to closing
- Summarize key value drivers and considerations for potential M&A deals
- Develop relevant financial and valuation models
- Coordinate the due diligence process with stakeholders from around the org
- Build and maintain an extensive network in our market
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall Corporate Development performance
