I am looking for a **Business Analyst**.
This is a hands-on role with a high level of client engagement and new BAs are expected to hit the ground running.
This role requires an ability to grasp business processes quickly, gather requirements and translate them into a model that will allow the organization to achieve its goals.
**Typical project activities include**:
- Map the As-Is process for initiatives under consideration
- Define the scope and measures of success for the project
- Gather open questions and log decisions made and to be made
- Work alongside the Product Manager and UX Designer to define the To-Be process
- Own the User Story Mapping process
- Manage the User Stories (Jira/DevOps) throughout Design, Development, Testing and Hypercare
**Requirements**:
- Enjoys running workshops and interviewing clients; a natural communicator
- Loves new ideas and problem solving, especially collaboratively
- Can take intangible concepts and turn them into tangible business rules and acceptance criteria
- Is an outgoing people person who won’t shy away from challenging the reasoning and decision making of others when needed
- Can work with tiny supervision once they have completed their initial training.
- Can work on several projects at the same time
- Wants to be part of a unique workplace culture which values individuality and welcomes new ideas and new ways of working
**Knowledge, skills and experience**:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a BA, preferably in a process focused role
- Knowledge of Website Development/Design and/or Finance/eCommerce sector
