As a **Business Analyst** you will be responsible for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of products and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high quality, integrated end to end solutions for our customers.You will have business analysis experience across a range of agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile, as well as having experience of design thinking to compliment your other analysis tools and techniques. You will be responsible for leading on the analysis activities to give clarity of business and customer needs whilst ensuring we deliver against the expected business value.
**What you bring?**
- Experience assisting and advising on the target architecture vision and roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing roadmap items and translating them into designs, changes and non-functional requirements;
- You have driven the delivery of designing end-to-end solutions and cross domain integration and APIs in support of the technology roadmap;
- Expirience facilitating solution compliance to security, privacy, and regulatory needs;
- Advocates the adoption of new technologies into solutions;
- Works effectively with colleagues through defining non-functional, operational, security and quality requirements for solutions;
- Maintains solid relations with engineering and delivery teams to ensure the development of technical stories are aligned to defined architecture principles and patterns;
- Have experience using best practices knowledge to define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components and accepts technical features following demos;
- Good understanding of the needs and ensures that all relevant technical functions (e.g. architects, developers and operations) are involved during the definition and impact of the solution and facilitates interactions;
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
**Desirable skills**:
- We will value have technical / professional qualifications:
- Experience of Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies, understanding of SAFe would be an advantage
- Experience of Design Thinking and a range of different analysis tools & techniques
- Experience of the Business Process Framework and knowledge of business process tools
