Global Business Analyst, Channels

As a Global Business Analyst you will work in the business and IT interface making sure business demands are transferred into requirements to IT delivery team and at the same time understanding system capabilities to propose best solutions for business demands. You will engage with the business to align on development requirements and coordinate those across all operating countries and work closely with the Product Manager, IT Delivery teams and architects making sure the delivery meets the business demands.

The role will report to Alexandra Lindberg, IT Portfolio Manager Channels.

Channels portfolio covers Intrum’s channels such as Customer Portal, Client Portal and Pure Connect platform.

Location for this position: Flexible within Intrum operating European countries.

Your key responsibility will be

Work in the business and IT interface understanding both business processes and system capabilities.

Transfer business demands into detailed requirements for development.

Coordinate the detailed business requirements alignment between operating countries.

Prioritize product development backlog and ensure delivery together with the IT delivery team according to the business prioritization and roadmap.

When relevant; work with or act as the Product Owner in the development team

Provide feedback to roadmap planning

Your qualifications

We think you have
- Good knowledge of financial services
- +5 years of previous experience working as Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Business analysis skills, including facilitation and elicitation of requirements, analyzing current processes, proposing solutions in line with business expectations and IT platforms to be used.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with business partners at all levels of seniority
- Fluency in English
- Home base is flexible and homeworking. Will require some travelling when allowed
