European collaboration projects are one of the ways in which we deliver these services, in the framework of Horizon Europe or other EU-funded programmes. Our services include the creation of business, R&D, and policy collaborations and the project management of such collaborations.

The position

As a consultant in the batteries team, you will be involved in client-facing assignments, and working with one or multiple colleagues in executing projects.

We expect you to participate in different assignments that may cover substantially different fields - from developing next-generation batteries for electromobility to practices and technologies for reusing and repurposing end-of-life batteries. We do not formally require you to have a strong background in particular fields, but we expect that you will work to the utmost of your ability to quickly adapt and learn on the job, especially those within materials, energy engineering, and related technological domains.

Your activities will include working closely with one or two other Bax consultants, as well as with clients and other parties that Bax collaborates within its assignments.

This job is based in our headquarters, the **Barcelona** office.-
- Languages: truly fluent English, both written and oral, is essential (almost all our assignments are performed in English). Additionally, we value fluency in our client’s native languages, e.g. German, Dutch, or French.
- Writing skills: good writing skills are essential; we need you to enjoy writing and be good at creating convincing arguments, and easily translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business language.
- Soft skills: we expect a great deal of autonomy and pro-activity, being able to communicate professionally with partners and clients, managing and leading discussions and public presentations.
