European collaboration projects are one of the ways in which we deliver these services, in the framework of Horizon Europe or other EU-funded programmes. Our services include the creation of business, R&D, and policy collaborations and the project management of such collaborations.

The Nature & Agriculture team

Our Nature & Agriculture team’s mission is to enhance the readiness of sustainable land and sea management practices that deliver triple-win solutions for nature, society, and the economy. We achieve this by establishing and managing cross-sectoral impact alliances and consortia, developing models and tools, conducting strategic foresight studies, and offering other knowledge-based consulting, alongside effective communications. Our goal is to ensure that the pilots needed for tomorrow are ready today.

The position

We are seeking an **Inno**vation Consultant** to join our **Nature & Agriculture team**. You will be working at our Barcelona headquarters, taking responsibility for the execution and management of innovation consultancy assignments with partners across Europe. You will be working in 2-4 small teams serving several clients in parallel, so strong project management skills are a must-have.

The main tasks you will work on include:

- ** Conceptualisation and implementation** of European innovation initiatives, coordinating clients, leading project management and producing high-value analysis, advice, and deliverables for clients and partners.
- **Facilitation **of multi-stakeholder workshops aimed at piloting innovations on the ground or kick-starting new collaborations, be it for the sustainable management of our agricultural landscapes or restoration of our marine ecosystems.
- ** Business modelling** and definition of exploitation strategies to support the implementation of new solutions and services.
- ** Productisation** of in-house developed tools and services. The Nature & Agriculture team is looking to build nature-related products and is looking for a consultant with an interest in becoming a driven product/service owner.Languages**:proficiency in English**, both written and oral, is essential (almost all our assignments are performed in English). Fluency in Spanish, Dutch, or other EU languages would be a strong plus.
- Soft skills: we expect a **great deal of autonomy and proactivity**, being able to communicate professionally with colleagues, partners, and clients, and managing and leading discussions and public presentations.
- Hard skills: experience in the following will be a plus: data analytics, statistics, natural capital accounting, business analytics, or GIS.
