**Role Overview**:
At Napptilus, we are looking for a hybrid AI & Innovation Consultant to collaborate closely with a client, a leading branding agency. This role is externally embedded 3 days per week at client offices, acting as a bridge between branding and technology. You will combine your technical expertise in AI with strategic thinking, client-facing experience, and proactive research on cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
You’ll participate in high-level discussions with the client senior team to explore branding opportunities powered by AI, propose internal process improvements, and identify new projects that Napptilus could develop to enhance client offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in client-facing meetings with senior professionals to explore and shape AI-powered opportunities.
- Translate complex AI capabilities and technical limitations into clear, actionable insights for branding use cases.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact in discussions involving AI technologies, scalability, infrastructure, and security.
- Constantly monitor emerging AI tools, trends, and breakthroughs to proactively suggest innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify inefficiencies, workflow gaps, or tool redundancies that enhance internal operations, cross-team collaboration, and decision-making.
- Propose and evaluate process improvements using custom solutions, automation, or AI-powered tools.
- Define and propose high-impact projects that Napptilus could develop to add value to the partner’s offering.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in a role combining technology with business or product strategy (e.g., AI Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Innovation Lead, etc.).
- Strong technical foundation in Artificial Intelligence (particularly LLMs and generative AI), with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles: facilitating meetings, defining requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and think creatively to propose solutions aligned with brand and business goals.
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)**:
- Previous experience working in or with branding, design, or marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of current AI and productivity tools (e.g., Notion AI, Zapier, Langchain, ChatGPT plugins, RAG systems).
- Familiarity with workflow automation, collaboration tools, and low-code/no-code environments.
