ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitoring and analyzing all parts of our sales funnel to optimize and guide our Sales team for lead acquisition and conversion
- Planning of content strategy, together with our commercial and fragrance creation teams, to drive high engagement and distribution on the digital channels
- Distribution of content across channel (SEO, SMO, social media, community, offline print, events, trade shows)
- Constant Sales Funnel optimization with ideation and measurement of key initiatives
- Plan, create and implement a 360 growth marketing strategy
- Lead our new branding strategy and significantly increase our brand awareness
- Lead our content creation process and ensure alignment between fragrance creation, sales and cleint’s interests.
- Constant optimization of performance marketing channels and creation of superior digital capabilities
- Collection, monitoring and analysis of marketing analytics and key metrics to constantly improve awareness and lead generation
- Organization of branded events (offline and online)
- Manage a team of 5 highly motivated individuals with areas of expertise expanding from digital marketing, communications and perfumery marketing.

WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Used to working in lean setups, passionate and willing to try new growth tactics. With a thirst for analyzing data and discovering key learnings from it.
- Knowledge about Google Analytics, A/B Testing Software, Social Ads management and measurement and tracking tools available
- Basic code knowledge preferred.
- Strong capabilities to organize your own work and manage deadlines
- Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
- People management expertise
- Experience in marketing strategy and planning
