We are actively expanding and are looking for a strong **Digital Marketing Team Lead.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the digital-marketing team (5-7 people): PPC, SEO, content manager.
- Develop and implement the media plan and the company’s strategy of presence in the digital space.
- Set KPIs and control task completion inside the team.
- Form and develop the team: recruitment, training, process building.
- Control advertising campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources.
- Build and develop the analytics system.
- Generate and test hypotheses to grow revenue and brand awareness.
- Competently manage the company website.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in chain retail will be an advantage.
- Well-developed soft skills.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Experience in full-cycle website promotion: from content plan to development, advertising, and analytics.
- Understanding of CMSs and frameworks.
- Skills in working with CRM systems.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and organization.
- Knowledge of Russian is welcome.

Pay: 2,500.00€ - 5,000.00€ per month
