**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The **Enterprise Business Services Lead **is a senior lead who is responsible for the strategy, management, procurement, and implementation of an organization's enterprise technology systems to support business processes (CRM, SAP, Sales ). The enterprise lead plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's enterprise systems are aligned with its business goals, and that it is leveraging technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Overall, the **Enterprise Business Services Lead **is responsible for ensuring that an organization's enterprise systems are aligned with its overall business goals and objectives.

The job includes the following responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the enterprise services of the entire Lynx organization.
- Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, CFO and Sales Managers, the business strategy
- Support and close collaboration with other technical units of Santander Group.
- Provide and develop reporting and monitoring capabilities at all levels of the organization.
- Management and budgeting and costing of its environment

Most relevant activities:

- Technical enterprise management services in cloud and onpremise environments.
- Maintenance and support of enterprise systems
- Finance:

- Budgeting and cost monitoring
- Budget evolution forecasting and cost saving measures
- Supervision and demand management of IT needs
- Partnership with technological vendors
- Relations
- Support and collaborate with CEO, CFO and Sales
- Supporting and collaborating with other areas of the IT Group

EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in similar positions.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Fluency in English/Spanish
- ITIL knowledge
- Communication, Anticipation, Empathy, Proactivity, Innovation
