**Description**:
Responsible for managing the movement of materials within the GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Network with origin or destination in Madrid. With a key role in the organization, as the Leganés Logistics Center serves as the Spare Parts Distribution Center for EMEA and the European Repair Center, he will be tasked with coordinating a team of 16 people to achieve the company’s objectives, always prioritizing excellence in customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Optimization of the Warehouse Management of the ISC / ERC, International Warehouse of new material, repaired material and bad material
- Establishment of Strategies for materials flows into the warehouse, zonification under ABC methods, lean processes, 5S.
- Correct implementation of Stock Turns
- Management of cycle counts, key target inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse metrics, KPIs, proactive definition and control. Knowledge about PDCA model, perseverance on finding root causes
- Optimisation of Transport Route Management with a clear vocation for customer service, including specialised transport
- Transport management in an environment of efficiency and maximising savings.
- Management and Follow-up of special projects for EMEA
- Preparation and analysis of reports necessary for the understanding of the activity
- Implementation of process improvements aimed at the correct establishment of the activity. Strong development in knowledge of processes and implementation of improvement projects
- Control of warehouse, movements and entry and exit processes.
- Communication with clients from various geographical areas, including LATAM. Important international knowledge of these clients.
- Responsible for inventories.
- Logistical support to the various functions of the company.
- Monitoring and control of established KPIs.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Economics or equivalent.
- High level of spoken and written Spanish
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Other languages desirable
- Advanced Excel Level (Macros, Vlookup..) and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable knowledge at the ORACLE superuser level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of implementation of change processes, highly valued ERP change processes at the Project Management level in the operational area.
- Financial experience, ability to understand the financial implications of companies
- Training in continuous improvement, process improvement, Lean is an asset.
- Training in SIX SIGMA, 5S, Total Quality
**Experience**:
- Person with logístical experience in the IT and/or equipment maintenance sector,
- Demonstrated experience shown in service-based environments.
- Deep knowledge of JDE is essential, knowledge of Demantra and ASCP is an asset.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrable knowledge of the market in a Latin American country.
- Experience in dealing with other countries in the EMEA environment, experience living in - European country or proven experience in multinational environments is an asset.
