Our client, a fast-growing international tech company in the iGaming industry, is seeking a results-oriented and ambitious **Business Development Manager** to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that is actively shaping the future of sports, esports, and virtual betting.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage a scalable sales process to identify, develop, and close new business deals;
- Focus on business development in the EU and LATAM regions while exploring global opportunities;
- Track large-scale opportunities, analyze pipeline activity, and maintain structured deal flows;
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue goals;
- Conduct market and competitor research in the online gaming space;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions;
- Provide regular performance updates and reporting to internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience in the iGaming industry;
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and sign strategic partnerships;
- Strong understanding of the online gambling market, especially Sportsbook operations;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities;
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
