Reporting directly to the Director of Codevelopment, you will be responsible for proactively collaborating across areas with our external partners, maintaining positive relationships on both ends and driving continuous improvement so that together we improve our beloved game Candy Crush Saga.

**Your role within the Kingdom**
- As a Producer, your main responsibility will be to lead the delivery of our codevelopment service. This includes:

- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective communication of feedback and requirements across teams.
- Recognise opportunities for process improvement and working with both ends to implement changes.
- Ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with external partners, acting as a main point of contact for any issues or concerns.
- Building a community and helping evolve the codevelopment service to maximise its potential.

**Skills to create thrills**
- Experience as a game producer, project manager or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with mobile platform development processes and their involved cross teams.
- Experience facilitating and mediating dependencies across functions and departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong problem
- solving mentality, with the ability to recognise opportunities for process improvement and propose mitigations to complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
