Candy Crush Soda Saga is looking for a Senior Product Manager / Senior Producer to lead one of our game areas. This person will be involved in both optimization of current features and development of new gameplay. It will require leading a cross
- functional team of 15- 30 people, report into the Head of Game Development, and collaborate under an Executive Producer.

**As a Senior Product Manager / Senior Producer for Soda, you**:

- Identify important opportunities, contribute to product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals, and seek alignment across various stakeholders
- Lead product discovery and development activities
- Lead a team to build, drive, implement, improve, and communicate product strategy and features - working closely with functions like Game Design, Engineering, Level Design, Content, Analytics, Player Support, Research, etc.
- Build an outstanding team environment which fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous evaluation and improvement to its ways of working
- Define, measure, and improve key metrics that inform the success of our products and tools
- Contribute to Soda’s overall Product Organization
