Product Manager, Lifecycle I Candy Crush

We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Manager interested in pushing our understanding and the performance of our player´s Life Cycle, as a part of the Candy Crush Saga. You will get the opportunity to be part of an excellent team, where we innovate on an industry leading and genre defining game with over 230 million active players

**Your role within the Kingdom**

As a Product Manager you will be part of the Candy Crush Saga game team, where you’ll collaborate with cross functional partners in a lively, dynamic, and fast
- paced environment. You will drive the development of new features and experiences to delight our players and grow our business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive the product strategy and roadmap working closely with Engineering and other cross
- functional colleagues such as UX Design, Game Design, Data Science, UX Research and Marketing.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of the product strategy, ensuring prompt delivery of features and improvements whilst keeping a high level of quality.
- Build an effective team environment, coordinating and aligning your cross
- functional team(s) towards our goals.
- Define and evaluate key results and performance metrics that inform the success of our products and features.
- Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend A/B- test optimizations and provide input for features to increase user retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Provide collaborators with regular or ad
- hoc updates on the performance of the product/features.

**Skills to create thrills**
- Experience in a product leadership or product management role at a tech/game company.
- Prior experience in an industry with very short implementation cycles such as digital products and/or services and games
- You are an enthusiastic problem solver and can draw data driven business insights that will add real value to King.
- You are an excellent communicator with experience handling a variety of different cross
- functional teams.
- Highly analytical, an excellent understanding of data and statistics, with the ability to interpret data with confidence and drive through your recommendations.
