**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the execution of the sustainability strategy in Iberia, aligned with the Market strategy, with high focus on beverage carton circularity objectives.
The position is based in Arganda del Rey - Spain.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure execution of the sustainability strategy and programmes for Iberia (primary focus is Spain).
- Drive recycling targets in the market company, by ensuring effective collection and recycling development and set-up as well as active participation in national waste organizations.
- Effectively drive partnerships with selected global and local bodies of interest in order to meet annual and long-term common goals
- Oversee and support local recycling investments including business cases and negotiations
- Anticipate developments in legislation and in collection setup/scheme. Identify opportunities for advocacy activities and work in synergy with the Head of Corporate Affairs Iberia
- Proactively support communications function in driving an active sustainability communication towards all stakeholders. Manage and secure the accuracy and credibility of environment content.
- Support positioning of circularity in processes and interaction with Marketing and Sales functions. Identify circularity collaboration areas with active customers on sustainability and integrate actions into the Key Account Plans.
- Ensure compliance to the Code of Conduct and to Environment policies and requirements from a regulatory and statutory point of view, including in factories. Including financial control and environment reporting.
- Support central team and market company organization with relevant information on competition, retail, and other stakeholders’ sustainability requirements and operations.

**We believe you have**:

- Fluent English & Spanish
- Min 5 years of experience in Sustainability, proven performance and strong track record
- MA or equivalent in environmental sciences, materials engineering (focus on plastic recycling) or equivalent in any of the sciences is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and engage stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in business development
- Demonstrated performance in external environment advocacy projects (such as environmental fees)
- Communication Skills
- Deep understanding of Tetra Pak sustainability strategy, portfolio and commitments
- Understanding of other functions (sales, supply-chain, R&D, etc.)
