Our ventures have raised more than **$1.5B** in funding, have generated more than **$3B** in shareholders value and currently employ more than **3000** people.
We are now looking for the founders of our next ventures. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.
**As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for**:
- Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies
- Building, leading, and motivating a strong team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
- Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
- Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
- Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty
- ** +5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry**, having previously held a management position
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in **English** **and Spanish**
- Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
