The Opportunity We’re building Worksy , the first AI vSaaS platform designed specifically for Spain’s €3.5B workforce management industry — and we’re looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead Product and Tech from day one. Frontline workers power Europe’s service industries, yet managing them remains one of the biggest operational challenges. In Spain alone, over 2 million people work in labor-intensive sectors plagued by inefficiencies, absenteeism, and complex labor regulations. Existing HR tech tools fail to address these realities, leaving companies stuck with outdated, manual processes that erode margins and limit growth. Worksy is reimagining workforce management through AI-native automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent scheduling — helping companies optimize staffing, compliance, and performance in real time. By focusing on the specific needs of frontline-heavy sectors, we’re building the next-generation platform for smarter, more resilient operations. You’ll join Mikel Díaz de Otazu , Worksy’s CEO and co‑founder, a 2nd time founder who brings extensive entrepreneurial and product leadership experience as Founder & CEO of ALiCE Biometrics (digital identity verification, acquired by Mercado Libre) and Mybrana (social AR advertising). This is a rare opportunity to co‑found a high‑impact SaaS venture tackling a massive, underserved market — backed by Antai’s capital, resources, and ecosystem. What You’ll Do Co‑lead Worksy’s product and technology vision — from architecture design to market launch. Build and iterate the AI‑driven core of the platform: forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization tools. Define and execute the product roadmap with a clear focus on automation, compliance, and usability for non‑digital‑native users. Build and lead the early product and engineering team, fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence. Collaborate with the CEO on strategy, GTM, and fundraising. Ensure data and AI are leveraged to deliver measurable impact for clients across efficiency, retention, and cost control. Drive a user‑centric product culture with a balance of agility, quality, and commercial impact. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in Product or Tech leadership roles, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or AI‑native environments. Proven track record of building and scaling successful AI‑driven software products . Hands‑on technical background; able to define architecture, evaluate AI/ML models, and guide early development. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, data) through 0→1 product development. Strong problem‑sol and analytical skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and ROI. Bonus: Experience in HR tech, workforce management, or operations software. Fluent in Spanish and English. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building category‑defining technology from the ground up.
