**The Position**:
Working within obesity communications, you’ll play an instrumental role in developing new ideas and exploring novel communication and digital strategies to shake up the status quo and strengthen our image and reputation as a leader in patient care.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

- Develop an integrated obesity communications strategy, drive its implementation, and measure the impact.
- Ensure a successful Social Media plan: drive and champion exploration of media channels, campaigns, segmentation, and measurement.
- Build, strengthen and leverage relationships with media and other external stakeholders (HCPs, patients, NGOs, influencers ) to drive obesity awareness.
- Strengthen and protect the Novo Nordisk reputation through the development of effective and appropriate external communications activities.
- Ensure effective handling of obesity communication change, crises, and issue management together with the wider business. Ensure compliance.
- Engage, train and advise employees and external partners on obesity communication strategy, key messages, and proper delivery.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- University Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relationships or equivalent. Specialization in Digital communication will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of Communications managing complex cross-organisational projects.
- Experience within Healthcare, Consumer or Retail sector will be an advantage (in-house or agency).
- Proven track record developing strategic communications plans, managing media and public relationships, driving change, and managing issues and crisis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (both in Spanish and English). You are good at building relations locally, across a global organisation and with external agencies and partners.
- Out of the box thinking. You can generate innovative ideas to mobilize a huge consumer market with high impact solutions/channels on top of the traditional media.
