AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**Your mission**:
The Global Digital Communications Manager will manage and execute the global digital communications strategy for the Hackett and Façonnable brands.

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the Hackett & Façonnable Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Key within this role is to manage the digital communications agencies and a deep network of digital talent across culture, lifestyle and innovation to leverage across each brand plans. The role will create brand equity and demand for key Hackett and Façonnable products and stories. The position will develop strategies that foster consumer connections and inspire new/existing audiences.

**This position is responsible for providing a wide range of management across digital communications projects, experiences and campaigns within a global scope.**

**What will the role entail?**:

- Leads the overall global digital communications strategy for the Hackett and Façonnable brands.
- Define the SM Strategy to achieve brand, traffic & conversion goals and implement it across all Hackett & Façonnable channels.
- Define the editorial plan for the Global SM Channels with the overall Marketing Plan and the global guidelines.
- Define together with Social Commerce Manager the Social Media KPIs for all channels.
- Coordinate with the SM Customer Service.
- Manages legal approval of all SM content.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Establishes digital communications objectives, priorities, plans and processes, consistent with global Consumer Engagement strategy.
- Oversees the organization of the global digital communications and social media calendar & programming.
- Manage and optimize de Digital Comms Budget
- Directly manages the PR agencies globally.
- Manages digital communications budget(s) and invoicing.
- Manages all reporting of Digital Communication: Social Media & PR.

**Requirements of the position**:

- 4-6+ years of relevant experience in the communications, social media & influencer marketing space with a men fashion/lifestyle/luxury background, and a long-term desire to pursue a career in fashion and/or related field.
- Key relationships and proven track record within industry is a must.
- Experience developing cross-channel communications campaigns in culture, lifestyle, fashion, retail, entertainment and/or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to put content in front of consumers.
- International experience working is highly desired.
- English language mandatory.
- Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and/or Italian languages are highly desired.
