Digital Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Team is growing within the Sales and Marketing Organization at Allurion We are looking for a **Trade Marketing Manager**, located in Madrid, Spain to support and drive efficient consumer demand for the Allurion Program with our key accounts and local distributors within the Brazil market.

At Allurion, the **Trade Marketing Manager **owns the development of the Marketing and Communications strategy for their specified region and supports trade marketing efforts in other global countries as needed. Partnering closely with top clinics in Spain, the **Trade Marketing Manager **will develop and improve marketing initiatives through efficient and effective digital marketing strategies which will also be shared internally across the wider Sales and Marketing organizations. The **Trade Marketing Manager** is required to understand, identify and execute growth opportunities (online and offline) in the region. This person will also support the ideation and development of product-lead social media assets to be shared with our clinics globally.

**As a Trade Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include,**
- Overall marketing localization (40%)
- Clinic & distributor marketing - driving demand and practice development management (40%)
- Supporting Upstream marketing on Voice-of-Customers (20%)

**What we are looking for in you,**
- 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Experience in direct to consumer marketing across search, social media and web
- Self-motivated, with an ability and interest to work in a fast-growing company and constantly changing environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with attention to detail, an eye for design, eager to innovate and efficient at multi-tasking and work independently
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable execution and presentation skills
- Team player with a good sense of humor
- High level of fluency in Spanish, English, and ideally Italian (although Italian is not necessary)
- Bonus: if you have design skills (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.)
- Must be based in Spain
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
