We seek an experienced Manager to lead the implementation of Planisware within ICT Business Unit and oversee the transition from TE Project. Initially, focus on integration and transition. Later, expand to manage PMO and drive transformational initiatives.

**Your main tasks**:
**Planisware Implementation**:

- Lead deployment as business owner
- Ensure integration with existing systems
- Provide support and training
- Optimize usage and processes

**Transition from TE Project**:

- Oversee data migration
- Enhance cross-team collaboration
- Improve efficiency through automation

**PMO Management (Second Step)**:

- Establish project governance frameworks
- Implement reporting mechanisms
- Manage global Project portfolio management (PAC) process
- Ensure compliance with project framework

**Transformation Initiatives (Second Step)**:

- Lead BU transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies
- Manage change and foster innovation

**Your ideal background**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in Project Management, PMO leadership, or transformation roles in Automotive industry
- Expertise in project management, software implementation, and transformational initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in PMO management and governance
- Full professional proficiency in English
