Global Training Project Manager
para impulsar la estrategia de formación regulada (GMP, GDP, EHS) de unos de nuestros clientes, líder farmacéutico.

Serás la persona responsable de coordinar y ejecutar proyectos globales de formación regulada y funcional, garantizando que los procesos, sistemas y estándares estén alineados con los requisitos internacionales y con la estrategia global de SQE. Tendrás un rol clave en la mejora continua, la gobernanza del training y la preparación ante auditorías.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar proyectos globales y locales de formación en entornos regulados, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
  • Diseñar, actualizar y mantener SOPs, políticas y métricas relacionadas con el training regulado.
  • Participar en la definición del roadmap global de formación, impulsando la armonización de procesos y la adopción de herramientas digitales.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales de People & Organization y líderes funcionales para desarrollar capacidades críticas.
  • Optimizar el uso de sistemas digitales de aprendizaje (LMS) y promover su adopción en la organización.
  • Establecer KPIs, analizar resultados y proponer mejoras continuas.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Grado en Ciencias (Farmacia, Química, Biotecnología) o Ingeniería.
  • Valorable máster en Industria Farmacéutica, Project Management o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en formación en entornos regulados (GMP/GDP/EHS) o en gestión de proyectos dentro del sector farma o industrias reguladas.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas LMS y formación digital (SuccessFactors, TrackWise Digital u otras).
  • Inglés avanzado y español fluido.
