We are seeking a passionate and experienced PMO Procurement Associate Manager to join our dynamic team and drive strategic initiatives focused on cost improvement and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage procurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Drive collaboration between Procurement, Supply‑Chain, OI, RDE & Marketing across the 8 markets. Ensure progress of global cost‑saving and supply assurance projects. Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules. Initiate and lead cross‑functional ideation activities to feed the global project pipeline. Identify opportunities and strategies for loss elimination. Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time, cost, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds. Effectively communicate results and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required. Qualifications & Experience Proven procurement sourcing experience. Project management skills. Continuous process improvement skills. Strong communication skills. Leadership and influential skills. Ability to work in a high‑paced environment and handle pressure and tight deadlines. 2-5 years of experience, including Procurement Sourcing experience in DIRECT. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Professional Growth After 2 years, develop expertise in product portfolio and applications. Gain broader project management, process management and people management knowledge. Expertise in TDC (Total Delivered Cost) process understanding/execution. Exposure to management within and across departments. Top‑notch influencing skills.
